If you are anything like me, then I’m sure you’ve had countless sneaky monthly subscriptions draining money out of your bank account. Things you got a free trial for months ago, that you completely forgot about!

That’s why a simple tool like this is a must. A simple + easy first step to making your life better.

💸 An Easy Side Hustle With Dogs!

Recently, my Girlfriend has been looking after this cute dog for a friend as a side hustle. He’s really cute!

It made me realise so many people buy dogs, but I don’t have time to look after them. I have always liked the idea of having a dog but hated the idea of having to commit.

However, by becoming a dog sitter you can get a small taste of owning a Dog, minus any of the negatives (like food or vet bills). Plus you’ll be making decent money!

You can integrate dog sitting into your daily routine:
👩‍💻 If you work from home like me and my girlfriend, dog sitting is a no-brainer. You just have to walk the dog a few times in the day in between your work.
🧑‍🎓 If you are a student, you can make dog walking a part of your morning or evening routine!

My friend Gabriel recently made £500 by looking after a Dog for two weeks. He got the job through an app called Rover.

You can find work through apps, personal networks and by offering your services on local FB pages + NextDoor pages. 📲

💸 Why Buying Designer Handbags Is Smart

Genuinely.

I recently interviewed Tess, a slow-fashion influencer who I met at a work-away trip. She explained told me:

“I bought my Chanel bag, a very classic black bag in 2007 and I paid £2,700 for it.”

Believe it or not, Tess now can sell that very same bag for £4,000 used!

So don’t think investing is just buying stocks or crypto. It can also be buying things strategically that you know might go up in value in the future.

This could be limited edition watches, collectables, handbags - whatever interests you! 👀 💸

I personally am looking at investing into some original DVDs for the series ‘Come Fly With Me’. A series that got banned from online streaming services and TV….

I wonder what this will be worth in a few years?

Because there was only ever a small amount of these DVDs released: they have already been increasing in value. I think they might go up more!
